Meal Plans

All meals are low-fat and prepared fresh, with whole grain pastas, super lean meat (never frozen), and fresh or frozen vegetables – no butter, oils, or salt added. Meals will be available for pick up or delivery on Mondays – please return thermal bags and ice packs weekly.  Meals have a 7 day shelf life.

Since the menu changes weekly, Wyndi will email you the next week’s menu each Tuesday. Please be sure to turn in your weekly orders NO LATER than noon on Thursday. Please enter your email address in the form below to be added to Wyndi’s email list, and feel free to let her know of any food dislikes or allergies and she will try to work around them. Vegetarian and low-carb menus are available as well
